Location and program
The main training site is Lighthouse Reef, and the program includes one session at the legendary Blue Hole. Each day features one long, focused open-water session (2.5–3 hours), five main depth sessions in total, plus dry training — workshops and lectures.

Main goals of the camp:

  • Address common issues freedivers face around 30 m, present proven methods to avoid and overcome the 30 m plateau and provide a structured progression toward 40–50 m.
  • Master equalization techniques: refine Frenzel, introduce and develop mouthfill, and resolve individual EQ problems.
  • Enhance safety skills: AIDA Safety Diver course, rescue drills and procedures for managing blackouts.
  • Breathwork: CO2 tolerance exercises, hypoxia management, improving respiratory fitness and vital capacity, relaxation techniques, and recovery breathing.
  • Technique and mobility: refinement of Free Immersion and Constant Weight techniques; diaphragm, chest and spine mobility, lung packing, and shoulder/hip mobility work.

Staff and safety:
The team consists of two experienced instructors and an additional safety diver if needed. Groups are limited to 6 participants to ensure individual support, detailed video analysis, and safe conduct of exercises.

Weekly program (example):

  • Day 1: Arrival, briefing, stretching session and dry training
  • Day 2: Depth session + EQ fundamentals
  • Day 3: Depth session + video analysis + pool training as
preparation for deep dives and pool safety
  • Day 4: Depth session + advanced equalization techniques
  • Day 5: Risk minimization and safety procedures, AIDA Safety Diver course + guest masterclass
  • Day 6: Depth session at Blue Hole
  • Day 7: Summary session + mini-competition (competition-style starts, stress management, depth attempts, core safety system roles)
